By filling out the information and booking the support call, you’ll get 30min of help over the phone, through text and E-mail. Our tech will research the problem and give you the best answers possible to diagnose and solve your issue. 

When you book, you will select a timeframe that is convenient to discuss the issue. Our tech will get on it right away, but the time frame gives us an idea as to when best to discuss the problem with you.
